I am a fellow MINI owner from Australia and I am visiting Chicago this weekend, and was just wondering if there are any MINI events this weekend.

Yeah, I thought it was time that I took the Cooper out for a spin.

No planned events that I know of, but I would be up for a cruise up Sheridan Road along the north shore lakefront on Sunday afternoon if you twist my arm a bit..

 

Ernesto, Im going to be in the city saturday night and wouldn't mind a drive on sunday morning, but am trying to make it back in time for the re-air of the Bahrain Grand Prix at 11:30am. (Go Williams! )

 

Sunday mornings are usually my motorcycle time (and the weather is looking good), but I could do a MINI thing..

Meet up in Evanston - South end of Northwestern campus at 7:30 (remember the daylight savings time change!!).

Cruise up Sheridan to Great Lakes Navel station (Rt. 132 I think), and over to Full Moon Cafe for a quick bite, and back home anytime you like..

Anybody else in??

 

Haven't heard from anyone, so I guess we will do this drive another time..
