I bought my 07 MINI Cooper S with an issue that has just driven me to madness. The Sunroof will not open. I've been told it's the track that needs replacement.

Where can I go for a reliable fix and not have to sell all my organs to pay for it?

The back windshield wiper also does not move....but that's a separate fix already quoted at over $300. If you can help with that as well it would be very appreciated.
