Chicagoland Service - "Death Rattle"

My Mini currently has 103k miles on it. Can anyone recommend a dealer or an independent shop they trust that won't charge me an arm and a leg I don't have to get this problem fixed?

Bucaro brothers has always been fair to me. I haven't taken my mini there yet, but that's because its still under warranty.
