Does anyone know if any rental places in Chicago offer MINI rentals. I found one of the "exotic" rental companies have a couple but I thought I read that Budget or one of the other name places have them as well.

I am in Chicago for the week and have to drive out to Rockford Thursday night and thought it would fun to try to rent a MINI for a day while in town.

 

I believe the ZIP car has MINI's some times in that area

 

The budget in Skokie and Evanston (same owner) used to rent MINIs, Smart cars (Canada imports before they were sold here), and the Lotus Elise but I haven't seen any of those cars at the Skokie location for quite some time now.
