j/k of course - Brad has been great to work with over the last two years!
Patrick's service department is most heads-up operation I have ever seen. Matt and Blake, the managers, can't do enough for you. Friendly, highly competent, caring.... Absolutely A+++++++++++++++++++.
I agree Blake and Matt at Patrick are great - I did not buy my car there (I'm from out of state), but I've had it there several times for service, and they always take care of me.
And yes - for me, they always provide a loaner while mine's being worked on.

I purchased my MCS from Patrick and they were great. I live closer to Bill Jacob's and have been taking the car there for service. Would have to rate the service department just average. I think I'll have to head on up to Patrick and see how their service is.

If you go to Bill Jacobs be prepared for them to be A**holes to you. And they also promised a spare key when I bought mine and just to call back. And I did and they said they had to record of it.
