Im looking for a good Mechanic in the Dayton area. Anyone know of one? I have a steering wheel wobble that I need looked at.

A steering wheel wobble (at highway speeds) is probably just one of your front wheels in need of balancing. That can be done by any reputable shop. The MINI specific stuff should be done by a specialist. I'm not aware of any in your town, but you could always road-trip to Detroit--just three hours...
