My Integra could never make it up our drive when snow covered. Fortunately, the MINI was never put to the test until tonight. The DSC went insane, but she made it up & into the cozy safe garage!

With almost bald tires (I'm trying to get through winter with the old ones) I decided to leave the MINI at work last night and take a 4WD home. No problems for me!

I was slipping and sliding all over the driveway when I got home from work last night. I finally got the car mostly up the driveway, got my work stuff out of the boot, slammed it, and my MINI badge fell off. I'm glad I heard it hit the ice. I guess it's a job for Gorilla Glue!

That's an easy way to shave the rear.

In a pinch, back up using a front driver to take advantage of the weight transfer.

Not quite shaved. More like a little trim.

I'd have to argue snowy hill 1, DSC 0! I got stuck out a little latter then I suppose I should have in probably this same Feb storm, and wound up in sloooow traffic on Eastern Pkwy. The traffic slowed to stop and go near the little hill past the medical building, and I just couldn't make it up it. The DSC kept cutting the power, so I had to turn it off in order to get just enough wheel spin to get me going again.
