Aerokit fitting

Hi guys and gals,

I've recently gotten quotes from BMW/MINI Sydney & Sylvania and am not too sure if i'm paying an accurate price.

Here's what BMW Sydney faxed through to me:

Parts:
51190153266 Aerokits - $2239.38
51120152925 Support - $17.38
51120147453 Grille - $57.42
51710021452 Spoiler - $323.64

BMW Sylvania:

51190153266 Aerokits - $2230.80
51120152925 Support - $17.32
51120147453 Grille - $57.20
51127048261 Tow Cover - $14.53

All seems great, however what's the spoiler for? If it's what i think it is then maybe i wouldn't mind having that fitted too. Also, what's the tow cover?

Thanks peoples

Are those prices painted and fitted or just for the parts?

My guess is parts only, fitting and painting to be extra???

If you are a clubMINI member you should be able to get 10% off parts at Alto Artarmon.

Cheers Liam

at least they are including the support now - when they put my kit on, the support wasn't installed and it makes the rear bumper a bit 'floppy'......still haven't gotten 'round to chasing that up...

it's good to see Sylvania are supplying the tow cover as well...

that looks like about the right price for the aero kit (perhaps a little ($100ish) high - does that include installation and painting??
