Just a suggestion here, but...


It would probably be cheaper to just pop off the one in your MINI and get it painted at a body shop. That's what I did with mine (except not hyper blue).

It's hard to say how much it would cost for just the dash, as I had the whole interior done. For the whole interior, it probably ended up costing between $200 and $300 ...but I removed all the pieces myself so there was no labor included for that.

The picture below is not the most up to date picture though, as I now have the steering wheel pieces and the wiper stalks painted as well...I am planning on taking some pictures of those updates today.

First off you car looks sweet. Secondly,How long did it take you to get everything off. Looks like you did the doors as well too.

Well...I have taken everything on and off so many times now that I could probably get everything off in about 10-20 minutes...but that is just because I know exactly how each piece comes off . If you are interested in doing this yourself, let me know and I can give you some tips on how to remove the pieces you want to get painted.
