Go to the dealer, I got this piece pretty cheap at the dealer, I have the aero kit, not sure about the standard ones.

It costs nearly nothing from the dealer. I lost mine last year. Painting it is where your problem lies since they come as a flat black plastic insert. I went ahead an bought a touch-up kit and did it myself. Doesn't look perfect, but the darker shade of my car hides the imperfections.

i gotta go to the dealer and get myself one too! i think mine fell off while i was driving. everyone keeps askin wat the hole is for..i can finally cover it back up.
