The thought was to upgrade the stereo in my '03 MCS to H/K system. Got the parts from a NAM member who was upgrading from his H/K system. Even tracked down the full wiring harness needed for the upgrade. But never got around to what was an admittedly a daunting project for me, and have since sold my car.

So, maybe you want to try an H/K upgrade yourself - yes, it's been done:
