I have an OEM underseat amplifier box for sale. I bought the cabrio sirius install kit from the dealer and only thing I used from it was the sirius bracket. 
Anyway, now I have the box (the HK amp is usually installed in it under the cabrio's passenger seat) as a left over. Includes assembly screws, template (I think), rubber grommet and plastic tray with metal cover and access flap. Would make a great covert box for your aftermarket amp install. Kit new was over 100 bucks. It's pretty heavy so I'm asking $65 which includes shipping.
