RSpeed catback for MC $170
Selling a used RSpeed catback exhaust for the 02-0? Cooper. $170 plus shipping from 20646 includes a brand new (still in the box) Magnaflow reonator free! Why the extra resonator, you ask? Explained below (please read on).

RSpeed stopped selling these and I never understood why. As far as I know, they got rave reviews from those who actually owned them and plenty of kudos on sound from others who heard them. For what it's worth, here's a link to an old review I wrote in '04.

I don't think I can add anything, but I will say that I never got around to painting the stainless can flat black like I planned (it's still nice and shiney).
It hasn't been on my car for quite a while because it developed a problem and required "surgery." The resonator came apart on the inside and had to be removed. I had it cut out and a straight pipe welded in its place but that caused a slight drone. I bought a Magnaflow resonator to replace the original unit but moved on through a series of other exhausts instead and never got back to this project. The RSpeed was my all-time favorite and I've tried a few...but I need wider pipes now and it's time to let it go to a new home.
I used a similar but larger diameter Mag resonator to tame my Larini catback and I know for a fact that this one will fit in the same place, right where the original RSpeed resonator was (this one's the same diameter as the RSpeed res).
That's right, this is an unfinished project. You get a complete RSpeed catback exhaust (minus the original resonator) that is intact and will mount just like the OE exhaust. IF you don't love it as-is, you will have a Mag resonator (just like this one) that you can take to your local muffler shop and have installed. This particular resonator has end pipes with an inside diameter that matches the outside diameter of the RSpeed pipes, so it's an easy fit.
