Oh & p.s... I should have many (if not all) of the doggie costumes finished this weekend & will post pics.

That's pretty dang good & I think we will really shine
If there is anybody else that wants to participate... This is last call!!!!
We really appreciate everyone being so willing to spend their time & money to help bring attention to such a good cause. I have sent the graphics off to the shop for final pricing & all the fabric is ordered. I will have the final cost posted as soon as the graphics guy lets me know their price. I will need to collect moolah from everyone before I can order the graphics. Keep checking here for news. We will send out a blanket email to all the participants giving the final cost & tell you where to mail a check. Even if you aren't participating in the parade still come out & enjoy Do Dah Day & MBE cheer on the MINIS in the parade.

p.s... after I get my MINI detailed on Saturday I will dress it up & post pics of the complete outfit.

I will try to complete one kitty outfit this weekend too. It's a little nuts here with the end of the semester and dragon preparations, but it will all get done in plenty of time for the parade.
I am thinking that I will be using a lot of hot glue to attach my fur to the ears. Now I just have to get out the knife and cut the improved shaped ears. I am doubtful that the kitty cat ears will fit inside a MINI, so may have to recruit someone with a truck to deliver them to the parade for us

Sorry if I have seemed lazy lately but things have been crazy what with all the ear sewing & tail stuffing & getting ready to leave for the dragon on Thursday. The graphics guy sent me the proof of the door & windshield decals & they look really good. He said he would have the price to me very soon. If I don't hear from him by Monday I will call & get it Monday. I will post the final $$$ amount in this thread. I will also email & PM all the parade participants with the final amount so the moolah collection can begin. I need to get the graphics order in no later than May 14th
Hopefully we can all save our costumes & the MINIS in Do Dah can become a yearly thing. I hope we can get some amazing pics of us in the parade because I plan to send them to Kinko's & lobby them hard for sponsorship in next year's parade. I would have done it this year but the graphics guy told me the sponsorship request process would take more time than we had. Free parade graphics in exchange for us advertising Kinko's somewhere on the MINIS might be an OK trade off

Sienna Fionn did I park beside you at Publix in Pelham Saturday. I pulled up beside a solar red/silver MC in the parking lot. A lady was inside but I got a phone call & she was gone by the time I got off so I left a tag card on her MINI

I sent everyone an email with meet details, the final cost, & the address to send the checks to. As soon as I get the moolah in I will be placing the graphic order & we will be on our way

I updated the 1st post with PAID by the names of those I got checks from. Not trying to shame anyone just wanted to let you guys know they arrived
I will send an email out shortly with directions to Yucca Patrol's house for the graphics installs on Friday the 18th. Everyone can come as early as 3:30PM & we will stay as late as we need to in order to accomodate everyones schedule.

Is it legal to go without a pet? We're gonna have to go to Rent-A-Dog I guess . Is the route posted somewhere?
