Friday, April 23, 2004, in honor of our California guest with southern tastes, plan to join your fellow BAMA members for dinner at the home of the "Fried Green Tomatoes" -- The Irondale Cafe. Clover from CA attended the first BAMA meeting in November 2003 and now she is going to be back in town before tackling the "Dragon" with Andrew Mobley. Everyone has to eat sometime, so what better time and place. Please respond no later that April 17, 2004 if you plan to attend so we can tell the folks at the cafe how many to expect. Let's cover up Irondale with MINIs and MiniS.

 

Sounds like fun. Count us in. If any of the South 'o towners would like to caravan over, drop me an email and we'll put something together.

Wow! I am so touched that you want to throw a dinner for me! BUT....I will have to be in Florida on April 23 at a dinner hosted for me by Andrew Mobley's parents in Destin. Would it be possible to re-schedule the BAMA dinner for May 21? My hubby is flying to Birmingham the evening of May 20, and I would love for him to meet all y'all! I'm sorry for messing things up! Please let me know!
