You sound like me, I have ordered so much that I can't remember whats coming or how much and from where.
So I run to the front door everyday to see if there's something new arriving via Fedex, UPS or USPS.

(side tracked) Today was a reminder of why I don't deal with the Postal System.
No! I didn't tear it open, that's the way it arrived at my house.

But at least this time they apologized for messing up another fine product.

Was your patch damaged? If so let me know and I'll send you a replacement.

Washed and ironed them last night and they look as good as new.
They must have gotten caught in some of their machinery.

Glad that worked out. I didn't use the little metal benders on the envelopes for most of the orders, because I was afraid of them getting caught. On larger orders with multiple patches I did use them but taped them to kep them from getting caught.

sil3ncer7,

No need to panic... Because of all the payments for the shirts I needed to upgrade my PayPal account. As of today, everything should be straightened out. Sorry for any confusion, or concerns.

I noticed today that the cutoff for ordering was April 4th and I don't remember if I ordered one or not. So, um... Can you PM me if I did? hehee If I didn't, I assume that it's too late to sneak a couple more in now?

There's currently a delay on the printing of the t-shirts, we may wind up distributing these at the event (and shipping any afterwards that didn't get picked up). I'll keep you all posted as I learn more.

No, we only ordered what was requested, as it is for a charity, and there isn't any extra money. I'm sorry!

The shirts arrived on Friday, which is too late to mail them out to get them to people by Dragon time, so we're going to hand them out at the event, likely on Thursday or Friday. Tom and I are getting there on Tuesday, so we'll find a place to set up, be it in the main area or at our cabin, and I will post to this thread where we are.

Sorry for any confusion!

Anyone that doesn't claim their shirts at the event will receive them in the mail afterwards.

As an aside, the t-shirts look absolutely incredible, and are high quality.

Props to Craig (COOPERation) for coming through and doing an awesome job!

Can you let us know at the Info Desk/Registration so that can tell everyone where to find you.

where to pick up your shirts

hey everyone! Tom and I will be distributing shirts from our cabin ok thursday from 2 to 4 pm. Our cabin number is 1012. Drive all the way up welch road and onto circle rd at the top of the hill. We are the second driveway on the right. Look for my flag mini. We will be monitoring channel 21 sub 7 if you get lost. See you soon!

Not sure how many were originally ordered but if there is enough demand, could a second order be placed?

I wasn't able to go and now I am so I'd love a tshirt. Obviously there are no extras but perhaps if enough people wanted more, a second order could be placed.... is that possible?

Thanks,

Mark

Only three people showed up today to pick up shirts. Tom and I will be at the cabin on and off on friday and saturday. If you want your shirt for the dragon run, you need to stop by our cabin! If you see either my british flag car or tom's black Mini, stop in to pick up your shirt.

Again, we are in cabin 1012. Drive up welch road, and look for Circle Dr/Fontana Heights signs.

Hope to see ya'll soon!

Since we had to change cabins last night, Tom and I will be on the steps of the Grill (up by the adventure center) today from 4-6 pm with the shirts. We are on channel 21 sub 7 if you need us, and our new cabin is 753 (by the trout pond) if you want to check for our cars to get them earlier or later.

We just got back from Fontana...no t-shirts in the mail, no t-shirts at Fontana....are you going to mail the shirts out now to those who have paid for them (would have been nice to have them at the event but that's not happening). Would appreciate a reply. Thanks.

As I mentioned earlier, we brought all of the shirts to Fontana for distribution. A number of people did not retrieve their shirts, so they will be mailed this week.

I am sorry if you did not have your shirt for the event - we made ourselves as accessible as possible at fontana by announcing shirt pickups frequently on 7 sub 21, posting to this board, and writing where and when they could be picked up on the general announcement whiteboard in the main tent, but unfortunately it was impossible to get to everyone during the event. I will post here when they are mailed out.
