If this is to happen Friday the Dam Room should be ok to use until say, 4:30pm. At that point I'd like people to be out so I can bring in the prize stuff and get the registration set up, coordinate my volunteers, etc.

The Friday Dinner will be across from the Adventure Center from between 4-6pm so you guys might be wrapping up by then anyway.

I will be in the Dam Room around lunch to start setting up the chairs and tables for everyone but that should not interfere with game play. I'll probably be down for a few games too.

Snooter, next time you talk to ask them to check on the nets. With old tables the nets are usually the problem. I'll also be bringing ping pong ***** for the Beer Pong event.
