These poor guys got ticketed twice in one run for speeding...

We really lucked out. Y'all were wondering how they'd pull you over for speeding? Well, if you've gotta swerve around the cop in the middle of the road, you might as well just keep going to the shoulder.

So if I'm a law maker in NC and I see an article in a national magazine how thousands of people are coming to my state to "break the law" I have to do something about it...... the article was stupid needless PR
