I was the mini passenger who responded to the accident.
Just want to clear a few things up.
A) He was drunk.
B) There was no girlfriend. It was him alone. He was passing a volvo at a high rate of speed when he lost control on the turn. The volvo passengers also responded to the scene.
C) He has a forhead laceration (required stitches), a left knee laceration (stitches again), and a severley sprained right ankle or a crushed ankle. Don't know which without an xray.
D) He was very lucky. He was speeding, intoxicated, not wearing a seatbelt and somehow was not ejected from his vehicle.
