I'm a member of m2c2 also! Guess when the "thingey" goes "live," all this will become quite clear!!" - -

Thanks for taking the initiative in setting up this thread- the Michigan Mini Motor Club will be well represented-
I am planning the mods for my MCS to ensure that I maximize the experience - any suggestions?

Add two more
My wife and I are in (both members of Chicago MINI Motoring Club - CMMC).
We booked a Willows cabin at Fontana last May, shortly after we got back from last year's event.
Can't wait! Although we just realized this is mother's day weekend, so we'll probably be in the doghouse for a few weeks with the families.
See you all there!

^ Thanks for the plug, Sndwave!
I'd say there is at least one critical area to upgrade your performance-driven MINI for The Dragon; seatbelts! Adding a clip-in 4-point Schroth harness [that is designed for the MINI] is a modular and effective way to keep the car hanging onto you, instead of you hanging onto the car! This not only reduces driver fatigue, but also lets you concentrate on driving your car - all of which improves saftey!

What if you can only go for a day or so?
I can't really stay all weekend but can probably come up on the Thursday and stay thru friday? Will that be enough time to enjoy a ride for two?
