JCW F54 / F60 Suspension Interchangability
F54 / F60 Suspension Interchangability
Looking to start some chatter...
We all know the F54 Clubman and F60 Countryman share platforms, and most chassis components are interchangeable between the two models. From my research, looks like almost all suspension components are the same between the two models, with the exception of the shocks and (possibly) springs.
Here's my question:
What specifically is the difference between the shocks on each model? Are the F54 shocks shorter? What would happen to the ride height if shocks and springs from one model were installed to the other? In my mind, if F54 shocks and springs were installed to the F60, the F60 would then sit at or about the same ride height as the F54.
Thoughts?
