Higher Blower Fan Speeds Intermittently Not Working

Quick question for the NAM hive mind: I have a periodic issue where the higher fan speeds don't work on my HVAC system in my 2018 F60. Do these cars have a heater core resistor pack like other makes/models and (if so) is it a simple replacement? Thought I'd ask here before I ask strangers elsewhere on the internet.
