I just picked up a 2019 Countryman ALL4 SE when trying to charge, I get a message "failure to charge". It seems like the battery will only get to about 9% full. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Yes. It should be as I only have 22000k miles and I believe it is for 4 years. I plan on stopping by the Minidealership Monday.

Yes. It wasn't anything serious. Was using Level 1 charger at home. I don't have the original level one charger as that was not in car when I purchased it. I picked up a Morec Level 1/Level 2 charger that I started to use. I was trying to use the extension cord that drops down from the ceiling in my garage (convenient) but it has a GFCI circuit built in to the cable. That must have been interfering with the charging as after I moved the cable to the wall plug, it charged correctly last night.

The mini indicates I am getting about 11-12 miles. That is less than I expected (15-17 miles). It fits my needs as I am about 10 miles from home. Wonder what is normal?
