Lightbulb Jack Pad Adapter Dimensions

Does anyone have a jack pad adapter for their F60? If so, would you be able to help me out with some measurements? I have a bottle jack which has a small diameter for the contact point and was looking at these jack pad adapters. They're all typically made for the traditional jack with a large surface.

If you'd be able to measure the rectangular piece, I would greatly appreciate it (in the below image, 2.24 x 1.02 x 0.47 inches).

Also, when you use the jack pad adapter, does it contact the jack point inside with the rectangle? Or does the rectangle just act as a guide and the weight of the car is on the outer ring instead?

but gotta say ... since 2002 all I've used was an old hockey puck! Center it on the 'box' and bring the lil jack pad up to near center and GOOD to go

the 'box' handles the load just fine .....

(I usually jack from the subframe leaving these jack box points open to set the car on jack stands ... and they <box> straddle jack stands just fine IME)

The bottle jack will only be used for when I'm out in the national forest and need to swap tires.
Amazon Amazon

You can see the little pad, only about 1.75" in diameter so can't really just add a hockey puck.

Planning on making something like this since I have access to a mill and lathe:
