i-Drive upgrade F60 CountryMan
My 2018 MINI COOPER CountryMan F60 came with the basic i-drive/media controller switch that looks like part #9-392-039.
I wish to upgrade it to the fancy i-Drive part #9-128-596 with the touch interface.
#Is it possible?.
#What new features can be enabled, if any?.
#Are they of the same size and easy to swap?.
#Will the touch feature need additional hardware cabling & software coding?.
#Any step wise instruction manual of what parts i need to buy and coding instructions?.
#If the touch interface is not possible, can the hardware simple swap bring in any additional features to my car which has no built in maps?.
