2019 F60 S All4 auto transmission ?'s

Still just a couple of hundred miles on my new F60 All4 S. For those that have had an F60 for awhile, I have a couple of questions.
Was the transmission really jerky and prone to stumbling when you first got your car? Dealer is saying the transmission is learning my driving style and will adapt to me and smooth out. I hope so because its jerky and stumbling an uncomfortable amount in lower RPMs as I come up through the gears.
Also, is it me or do these cars shift up through the gears WAY too early? I know I have options with the paddles and sport manual shift option, but its in 5th gear before 40 mph. Seems like it shifts itself right out of its natural power band? Im 100% still learning this car so I am sure it will all come together but appreciate any feedback from F60 owners. Thanks.

Don't have the F60, but the "learning driving style" claim is pure BS. More likely needs a software update or it has some other issues. I've had transmission adaptations reset on MINIs before (R60 & F56S) and they drove just fine immediately after.

No, that is not normal and if they refuse to look at it again, call Mini corporate.

Yeah not normal. Mine found an amazing way to shift through the gears quickly and smoothly I could barely feel it, but I could hear the shifts, and see them happen on the tach. Something doesn't seem normal there.
