We put in our first custom order last night for the F60 PHEV! This is my third mini, but my first new car, and my first order! I have a lot to learn about tracking it apparently!

We ordered Island Blue with a white roof, night jack mirrors (I figured that keeps it from looking exactly like the one on the catalogue) pin spoke silver wheels, and the British oak interior. I have my fingers crossed that the dealer can change my interior trim over to the Stone Hill Grey. It looks incredible with British oak, from one I saw in a video, but on the builder it said there was a conflict. I didn’t even think to ask the sales manager because I had no idea how amazing it looked until I was hunting for a video of the illuminated piano black and I came across this one instead.

We ended up going for the Iconic package. The Heads Up display is the coolest thing ever, and I really wanted it, along with Nav and of course LED headlights, so once we had those added, it was a no brainer to upgrade.

We got a pretty darn good deal with the Loyalty discount of $2000! Plus the dealer knocked a bit more off for reasons unknown, that I sure wasn’t going to question, ha! They only offered $650 for my R56 2007, 175k miles with clearcoat peeling and a non-working radio, so maybe it was a consolation discount for that.

All in all, I’m super excited for this beauty to arrive! I’m guessing I can’t call until tomorrow with the production number?
