SIM Card?

Do we have a built-in SIM card in our Countryman, do you think, or is that another feature yet to be added in 2018 (e.g. to service our non-existent SOS buttons)?

I'm thinking about the integrated Amazon Alexa functionality that's been announced, and if there's any hope of it being added to OUR Countrymans.

Usually if you have the docking station for it, the Car Maker really tells you about it as a source of pride....
Could be like you said, doesn't exist until later production....

i asked they said yes about the sim card but i am not 100% sure. I am hoping for remote services which has just been introduced. Alexa would be great too of course.

Apparently those in BMW-branded models are hidden, and non-removable, so anything's possible, but I'm not holding my breath.

Teleservices are coming to the MY2019 MINIs starting in March. 99% sure it will not be backwards compatible.
