Update for my Melting:
It is at the Zeebrugge port waiting for shipment
The next WW ship I see is the Fedora, departing 03 Sept
If it gets on that RoRo, it would arrive in Hueneme on 30 Sept
Then to VDC at Hueneme
Then shipped to Denver
I'm thinking I might be able to bring it home around the second week in October.

Until my VIN appears as cargo on the W&W website, which so far it does not, I'm not paying any attention.

Mine is "awaiting transport @ port of exit" as well. My MA said once it gets on the ship, it's about a 11-13 days to cross the Atlantic. Then 5-7 days at the port thru customs. Hoping to get mine mid/late September.
You still getting a "release to carrier for transport message"?
What's your port of exit?
That stinks
First you had to strike the ADA off and now this. Do you think if your order was input as "stock" rather than "priority 1" that may be creating the wait time?

Got conflicting automated messages late yesterday. Back to "released to carrier for port of exit", then this morning "vehicle in transit please contact your dealer for tracking". Since I spoke with a customer rep at ASKMINI yesterday, I know it's at port. I wouldn't pay attention to the automated messages.
Owner's Lounge has been showing "Awaiting Transport" since yesterday morning.
Are you checking there for updates also?

Mine was updated this morning to "Vehicle in transit. Please contact your dealer for tracking." OL status is "Awaiting Transport"
I figure that this just means that it has arrived at the port, but will be waiting for the next available vessel. Nearest WW ship from Zee > Galveston is the Freedom that leaves on 9/08 and arrives 9/28; so it may be sitting there for a week or so...

The last time I ordered a MINI back in 2004 the Port was in Baltimore. I called askMINI and they said Balboa/Panama Canal which makes no sense at all since I live in western Pennsylvania. I called my MA shortly after and they said for sure it's coming to Baltimore. So who the hell knows.

Just wait and get updates from the WWL site which provides faster status once the car is loaded on vessel. Mine had no vessel information for 16 days after it was built
Got the front all weather mats from the dealership this afternoon and will see if they fit

Nice...just wondering about the badge logos though. Looks like they are raised and in the way of footpath.
I like the diamond pattern and they look like they fit well. What I don't care for is the placement of the MINI badge though. I probably will buy until I can find another set of front mats for winter weather. I really like the MINI all weather mats I have in my R53.
Not giving the R53 CS up when the SE arrives. It's still so much fun to drive and I'll miss the manual shifting. The SE will be great for the short trips and winter driving. The SE will be a new and different driving experience for me and I am looking forward to it.
Just received update that my SE is booked on the Tortugas departing Saturday, 9/2. Should arrive in NY on the 13th!!! Almost here:-)

Great. I wish you could get a copy of the owner's manual for SE to read. You may find answers about SE from it. Unfortunately, only the hard copy with new cars is available

Won't be long now. In the meantime, I'll can make a list of accessory goodies and get the garage cleaned up for her arrival
