R60 Are these run flats?
I doubt it. They should clearly say Runflat on the side.
These are the ones I believe that would have been on it from the factory: $270 each vs prob under $100 for the Falkens listed above

No. Run Flats have RUN FLAT or RSC on the side wall. I use the Pirelli Cinturato P7 runflats , they are great but all run flats have a harsher ride. The price of tires have gone through the roof. I paid $125 now they are $210 each!!
Yes they would have that symbol. "RUN FLAT or RSC"
