R60 to F60 head unit

Folks
Is it possible to change out my existing 6.5” non-touchscreen with nav head unit for the 8.8” with touch and CarPlay in a 2016 R60? If so what parts do I need to order and does anyone have a source. Thanks in advance?

I know anything is possible with enough time and money but I doubt that the F60 head unit is going to fit into the R60. I have a 2016 R60 and its the same 6.5 in non-touch screen. There are aftermarket options available with touchscreen.
