SO... how have you solved the interior wasted space (under the tiny armrest) problem? I'm looking for ideas, mainly for sunglasses and small things like a Tylenol bottle. I looked at some rail system products but $90 for a sunglass case holder is crazy.

I put a full box of tissues under mine. Fits perfectly.

 

I just replaced the armrest with a larger, more useful one front & back.

 

I haven’t noticed any wasted space.
