Parasitic draw help.

I have a 2013 MC countryman S alll 4. I drive it as a daily. Bought it a month ago with no issues and new battery. (less than 6 months) Came outside one night to the Car being completely dead with no warning what so ever. Jumped it and got back on the road that night. Following morning (Friday) on the commute to work (20 miles), started fine but halfway through the commute I get "battery discharging while stopped..." message. 6 hrs later on my lunch break shes completely dead. With the battery being new, I didnt bother testing it and I replaced the alternator Saturday morning. It was dead before replacing the alternator so I jumped it, no warning light for the rest of the day or any struggle to turn on. Thought it was good until the next day (sunday), It struggled turning on all morning into the afternoon but she never died on me. Kept getting the battery discharge message. So I went to autozone, got the battery tested and it failed, bought a new battery and replaced it myself. My Mini does have th IBS system installed and no I did not register the new battery. With the new battery, she drove what seemed to be perfect for the rest of Sunday and Monday. No warning messages no struggle to turn on at all. Today rolls around (Tuesday); On my morning commute, my AC is cut down but not completely off, almost like the car is trying to conserve battery. It was like that for 5 minutes then it was back to normal. didnt really think anything of it. As soon as I get to work and park I get the battery discharge message. 6 hrs later on my lunch break(now), shes dead...
My plan is to buy a trickle charger to charge at my house and keep jumping it at work until friday. And hopefully fix it this weekend. Warranty expired. Any ideas are appreciated.
Im thinking it could be the IBS sensor?? replace it and see what happens?
or it couldnt be as simply as registering the battery?
I am electrically savy ( or I thought I was until this lol) I have a Multimeter and read about the fuse trick. Would that be my next step?

Yes, it could be that simple because the computer thinks you have an old battery with reduced capacity over time and will command the system to not overcharge (or charge your new one enough). You replaced the alternator but it is possible that was just fine and it was being controlled to limit the charge. Most auto parts places could do the reset registration or get yourself a scanner that does it which you WILL need if you continue to own a Mini. Good look at the Mini dealer and prepare for your wallet to lose weight.

Alright I called over a friend who had a scanner and he registered the battery. Hopefully that fixes it. I'll update this forum for anybody else reading by weekend if no problems come up.
