2014 Countryman All-4 Engine Issue

I have a 2014 Countryman All-4 with the turbocharged 1.,6l engine. I have had timing chain issues that has damaged the head, but not the block. A machine shop wants $750 to rebuild the head, but since the engine and the front end of the car are already half apart, I figured maybe I'll get a used engine for it.

What years can I get an engine from? 1.6l turbocharged engine w/ variable valve timing.

Thanks,
Ian

To be safe, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 N18 motors should be fine. Note that the R60 and R61 were the only ones with the N18 after 2013.

As a quick sanity check, just make sure that the head has this pump on it...

This pump will not be compatible with your existing wiring...
