Was driving her and got a check engine light so I replaced the coils and it ran fine. Ran for awhile longer and she just stopped. Did not sputter to anything, the engine just stopped. It will not crank at all. Nothing. The oil looks fine, engine is not hot, lighs interior and exterior seem fine, it just will not crank at all.

Very odd. I am not sure where to even start to check!

 

Battery age?

 

3 years. It is the first thing I thought of. The battery and or the alternator.

we put a jump box on it, hit it with starting voltage and the engine still did not budge.

 

Remove the valve cover and look at the timing chain and camshafts.

 

Starter motor was locked up. New one arriving tomorrow. After that, there are a bunch of codes to deal with.... keep trying to get back to operating state!

 

how did you find out it was locked up?

can you also try to turn the engine clockwise to see if it spins, just to be on the safe side.
