Question Coolant Leak from Oil Cooler?

About a month ago, I had the thermostat housing replaced because of a significant leak on our 2013 ALL4 because apparently Mini decided to redesign the housing to include a sensor. Job performed at a very reputable Mini shop.

30 days later, I see some coolant on the garage floor, and when I look under the car, it appears to be dripping from the exhaust heat shroud (or silver part) on the passenger side of the engine. I know, it's like a house roof leak...just because it's leaking in one room, doesn't mean its leaking from right above. The fluids can travel in different directions.

Anyway, I took it to the same repair shop because I thought it was related to the original repair. They stated that its actually from one of the oil cooler seals (upper) and that it's not related. Total cost, including $177 oil cooler (might as well replace since we got it torn apart) comes to around $400+tax.

Anyone experience this type of leak? Is it possible that the original repair had an effect on this leak? (ie: removed hoses, bent hoses out of the way, etc.)
