Last year I sent a request to a link I found on this forum to have admin change my user ID. I did not receive any kind of response. After a year away from a Countryman ownership, as of yesterday I am back to Mini with a 2015 Mini S Countryman All4. I'd to change my user ID. Or would it be best to delete my current account and start from the beginning ??

MY MISTAKE !!!! You did the change the same day I sent you the PM. Now, how about another change???
