Those are stick on fenders (literally go right on top of the stock fenders), from Japan. expensive and only aesthetics.

MON has a kit made for the R60 Countryman. Much more expensive than the universal fit, but it looks clean and adds 20mm of width on each side.

For referecen, the stock R60 is 70.4" and with the MON style wide fenders the width is roughly 72".
