Hope Thanksgiving was fun and safe for all!

Just got around to installing my new M7 bar (purchased from another NAM member) and realized/forgot about the “raised engine closure” on my new to me 2015 JCW CM. So the bar when laying flat is a couple of inches above the struts. I’m sure someone has tackled this already and cut (with precision) into the plastic closure for a custom look.

If you have do you mind sharing your expertise?
