You’re limited to bolt ons as far as my knowledge goes, like colder sparks, CAI, larger diameter muffler piping, resonator delete, muffler delete free-er flowing Downpipe.
From my understanding all the ECU tunes are built and revolve around the Turbo, BUT you can ask MarioKart here on this forum and he can guide you better.
