What are the best and cheapest upgrades I can do to my R60 Countryman S All4?

ECU, remove the central resonator with a straight pipe, if you have a little bit of money left a JCW exhaust :D

Would have to agree a Manic Tune by Mario would be night and day to the car. Catless DP helps a lot with spool and exhaust sounds better. Depends how crazy you want to go and if you want power or handling. If you want real power (not to say you cant with stock turbo) but a larger turbo help tremendously with top end power. Rear sway bar upgrade helps a bunch with steering, coupled with coilovers my car is on rails. On the less aggressive side of things, nice high performance all season NON RUNFLAT tires really adds to the comfort and handling of the vehicle as well.
