Noisy Steering Wheel

I've been noticing that the steering wheel/column makes a creaking type of noise when I turn it, especially at a stop or a low speeds. Has anyone else experienced this? It's pretty noticeable when you're in the cabin, where it is relatively quiet, and you turn the wheel and it makes this noise. Thanks!

RESOLUTION UPDATE...

Vehicle serviced today. Notes from tech:

NOISY FRONT SPRING INSULATORS. VERIFIED CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE FRONT STRUT AREA ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE BOTH FRONT STRUT ASSEMBLIES AND DISASSEMBLE DOWN TO THE BARE STRUTS. LUBRICATE ALL RUBBER SPRING INSULATORS AND STRUT MOUNTS. REASSEMBLE THE STRUT/SPRING ASSEMBLIES AND REASSEMBLE VEHICLE. TEST DRIVE VEHICLE. THE NOISE IS NO LONGER PRESENT, HOWEVER THE STEERING WHEEL IS NO LONGER CENTERED. PERFORMED FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. ADJUST REAR CAMBER AND TOE. ADJUST FRONT TOE. THE STEERING WHEEL IS NOW CENTERED.

All seems well now. The drive feels better than before. Not as hard over bumps when in Sport Mode with Dynamic Damper Control. Steering wheel feels tighter too, which I prefer. My dealer did a great job. All this done in a day.

Hope this helps anyone else that has similar symptoms.

Cheers!
