Question 2017 Countryman S new - won't start issue

So I picked my new car Saturday - drove all day aok. Next morning went to start car,.got error message similar to "unable to start call Roadside assistance ". I did not get picture of exact message. Swapped out key fob, after a couple of attempts it worked just fine all day.
This morning same scenario. Any idea what this could be. Tomorrow morning when I get up I will get pic of message if this occurs again

That is a new one keep us posted. Sounds like a software issue or faulty sensor.

No clue but calling the dealership would be my first choice.

I think I figured it out

I tried again this morning. Car started. I'm thinking I was not pressing brake firm enough when pressing start button

Feeling like an older person. All AOK

So, this morning when I got in car I realized I have not been pressing brake pedal hard enough for car to start. Here's a picture of what the error was.

This is the message I received.

Not a normal message. If all it was that you weren't pressing the brake pedal, the message you would get would say so. Would reach out to your dealer.
