AC Issues

Hey all,
So been using AC frequently lately and noticed a loud, RPM dependent belt or bearing sound (I believe). Between 2-3k rpm it sound like a mack truck with the AC on. As soon as I turn it off it goes away. It happens whether in gear or neutral. Any experience before? AC runs nice and cold still but seems to take a little while to get really cold. Thanks

**Edit - Should also note the dealership replaced my waterpump, pulley and belt about 4 months ago.**

I believe there is a video on youtube about this, I've been searching youtube with the phrase "N18" and saw one with the pulley causing an a/c issue. if I have time i'll find it and link it here.

So quick update. I've had my AC system drained and recharged. The loud compressor has now become intermittent. It seems when it is first being used it is loud until warmed up, then its barely noticeable. Note sure what going on but charge level seems to have effected it. It still blows cold so I'm just going to leave it for now.

Both my wifes R60 and mine do the same thing. Whats annoying is that in the winter the heater doesnt work very well unless youre moving. I would freeze if it wasnt for the butt heaters.
