R60 Tires
Tires
Does any know what the largest most aggressive tire size and brand I can fit on a stock 2013 countryman with or without spacers? I don't plan to lift and don't care much about run flats.
Rims are the 18" two piece double spoke.
Thanks!

These are the rims I have;
5-Star Double Spoke Anthracite Alloy Wheel Anthracite
7.5J x 18 ET52
Current tire: 225/45 R18 Performance run-flat
As for aggressive I'm looking for better traction and tread life. So a taller and more aggressive tread pattern would be fine. I'd like to stay away from low profile and run flats.
I found that some people are running 225/50R18 michelin pilot super sports (a/s 3 plus?). Those are nice but a more offroad style would be good too.
Thank you.

yes currently, the OEM choice for the 18in rims is 225/45, a 225/50 will not give you anymore tread unless that specific tire has more, typically for street tires your getting 11/32's of an inch. All terrains can get you more tread life, but im not sure you can get all terrains for an 18 wheel that would fit, from what I have seen your looking at leaste 255/60, which is a much larger tire, you would need a lift kit.
Conti DWS, pilot A/S 3 would be great street all season tire, or move to a summer only tire which would have more grip such as a pilot sport or conti DW, DZ101
as for sizes, 225 on a 7.5in rim is already at the max width you should have, may be able to get a 235/45.
for more offroady tires, may have to move down to a 17 inch wheel or even a 16 to allow a taller profile of tire
