Update and Upgrades

Hello all,

The last time I posted was when I sent her back to the dealer for fuel related issues. Well, the HPF rail was replaced as well as my transfer case my main DME wiring harness and the DME itself. Apparently I had a leak that I didn't know existed. I didn't use oil as I could tell, but did smell "hot" every now and again, but didn't relate it to an oil leak. None-the-less, that was all replaced and $2,800 later I'm back on the road. The DME was still under warranty, which was great, but the fix of the oil leak, the DME harness, and R&R of the transfer case was what I paid for.

Ironically, just before I went down to get my car my GF's R57 was leaking coolant from around the oil filter housing. Luckily, hers was under warranty so no additional cost there.

So, now that we're both back on the road I did a couple of little upgrades...

Still need to do some engine detailing though. Coming to work this morning I could hear a huge difference in the Turbo and the Recirc...BIG CHOO CHOO!

Can't wait for the drive home now!
