Howdy All,

I've just purchased my first mini, a 2014 Countryman.

Anything I should know?

What are the most common modifications?

Any suggestions for upgraded suspension?

Congrats Bradee on your Countryman. How many miles on yours, and if you bought it from a dealer I am assuming all the service and maintenance are up-to-date?

You want to make sure the basic platform is all set before making modifications.

Here is a great section of our website devoted just to Countryman, so please check it out:

We also have a performance upgrade guide to help with modifications:

Our customers typically start by addressing air intake and throttle lag with a high performance filter and Sprint Booster:

Will you be driving strictly on the street, or contemplating track days? We can recommend sway bars:

And, coilover suspension upgrade kits:

Several stages of Forge and Wagner Intercoolers:

Plus downpipe, cat back exhaust, converters, etc.

As well as more sway bar options, lift kits, gauges, armrest, trailer hitches, etc. It's all a matter of how you want to best take advantage of your Countryman. Just let us know, we've been working with the brand for over 40 years on the street and track. You can begin with small steps and build from there.

Welcome to NAM! You have many years and miles of grins ahead of you.

Drive Hard. Drive Safe. Keep Grinning.
