Re-attaching side skirt Rocker Panel

It's kinda funny that my two boys fight (light wrestling, really) to get to ride shotgun with dad. What's not funny is that in their horseplay trying to get into the car, I believe they've broken some of the clips that hold the rocker panel/side skirt. I think I've seen posts here on removing the panel and replacing the clips, but searching the forums hasn't let me find the thread. I see that ECS tuning has the hardware, I think. Not sure how many of what I need to buy to fix everything, assuming that all of the clips/screws/rivets will need to be replaced. Anyone have experience doing this? Any tips or guidance is appreciated, or direct me to the thread. I have a 2012 Countryman S. The link shows the parts I found on ECSTuning.

Thanks in advance.

Unhappy

Maybe clips wasn't the right word. THANKS ECS! Order placed. I got everything off the car and could match up all the broken clips to the diagram. Not sure if I'll be able to get the aluminum badges to lay flat when I tape them back on. and I'm really not sure what to do with the broken-out hole that gets riveted to the front fender. It seems to be the only ruined part besides all of the plastic rivets.

everything off

broken-out rivet hole. Is there a way to fix this?
