Front wheel arch trim warping - Updated with Pics

Anyone else seeing their front wheel arch trim warping just behind where the side vents meet the trim? I noticed mine doing it a few months ago on the drivers side and they replaced it under warranty. Now, it's starting to do it again on the driver and passenger side in the same area just behind where the side vents are. I've never had any accidents and I've never scraped the front bumper going over any bumps or dips in the road... It's not like it's falling off or anything, but it's definitley not flush. I'm going to take it in again to get it fixed. Just wanted to check and see if anyone else was having this problem.

Have not seen that on the CM. Maybe just a bad batch on production.

Are the clips behind it intact or moved ?

I don't think there are actually any clips where the fold is happening.

It's at the top of the wheel arch trim just behind where it meets the "S" side vent trim.

Thanks for this post , now I have to drive around knowing that the slight bulge is going to get worse. Never noticed it until you mentioned it. Seems like it doesn't have any support or fastener at that point. Might be a good excuse to have some new ones painted body color since warranty is no longer in play.
