Navigation Keeps Locking Me Out!

Hi,
The only complaint I really have with my mini is that my navigation constantly locks me out and asks for a code that I do not know. Each time I call mini and they tell me to try the standard single digit codes however none work. I have brought it in to get reset a couple of times and they keep charging me to order a code from mini! It's ridiculous, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?

I did when they updated my software (not the map) , but the dealership put in the proper key. They should be able to lookup the key that came with your Vin. You only need a new key if you asked for a map update.

If the car is still under warranty, you should not have to pay anything.
